    We leave all event locations better than we found them. We think about the bio security of the places we visit & we keep our group sizes small to reduce our footprint on the natural areas.

APRIL 2025

6th - 11TH APRIL or 12th - 17th april

We are heading to Spain for a luxury retreat near Barcelona. The house is set in a beautiful location complete with sauna, swimming pool and gym. The room basis is based on 2 people sharing. It is fully catered by professional chefs. You will be completing daily exercise classes, walking, swimming, hot and cold therapy and nutritional guidance.

You will need to book you own flights but your transfers are included in the retreat price.
